Best Songwriting Books

Here is a list of some of the best and most popular songwriting books available. I’ve included some of my favourites.

Any one of them will help you to become a better songwriter, not just because of all of the useful inside tips, but also by the simple virtue of remaining focused on the task at hand.

Each time I decide to read a book on songwriting it renews my passion for the craft and I write a couple of songs that maybe I wouldn‘t have thought of writing.

It opens me up to new ideas and makes me think in ways I’m not accustomed to. I bet it will do the same for you too.
